Here are some important links useful to the MSC community:
The Westchester Youth Soccer League's website provides news and information about everything WYSL: scores, standings, field locations and directions etc.
The Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association's website provides news and information about State Cup and Challenge Cup competitions, the NYS Olympic Development Program, and the Eastern New York Premier League.
The Mid-Atlantic Premier League's site may be accessed here:
The Northern Counties Soccer Association's website is for those teams, usually girls, playing in this mostly across the river League.
The East Hudson Youth Soccer League has a site located here:
National Soccer Organizations
US Youth Soccer's site is a great resource for parents and coaches. Here you can learn about the structure of youth soccer in the US, as governed by this body, which runs the extremely competitive US Youth Soccer National Championships. Good place to look for advice.
US Club Soccer is another national body with different, more relaxed rules. Not as big as USYSA, USCS runs leagues, such as the Mid-Atlantic Premier Soccer League (MAPS).
As if this wasn't bewildering enough, there is also the United States Soccer Foundation (USSF), another national organization which selects and fields our men's and women's national teams -- the sides that compete in the World Cup. Some of you may know that the big World Cup competitions, like the one that was held in Germany two years ago and the one in China last summer, are not the only WCs.. There are also international competitions for our women's and men's U15, U17, U18, U20 and U23 national teams. Definitely worth a visit.

The Randall's Island Sports Foundation's site is the place to go for information on the massive reconstruction taking place out on the Island. It also provides information on other events taking place out on the Island.
Back of the Net bills itself as "The Official Long Island & New York Youth Soccer Website." Here you'll find tournament information, useful links, and loads of gossip. Login and read some of the threads. They are often a hoot.

A good news site is the one run by ESPN.
Another is run by Fox Sports.
The venerable BBC has lots of football (soccer) content here, though we can't view the video
